The 55 sqm apartment with south-facing balcony is suitable for families and comprises a kitchen with small dining room, bathroom with bath tub and two bedrooms. The rooms are furnished as follows:

Kitchen and dining room: satellite TV, radio with CD player, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans and kitchenware for 6 people, tea towels, cloths, washing-up liquid and oven.

Bathroom: bath tub, WC, bidet, wash-basin, hair-dryer, towels, bath robes and washing machine.

Bedrooms: balcony, bed linen, (if required) additional bed or cot.

In your apartment you will also find tourist guides to Seiser Alm and the Dolomites, South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine recipes, board games, the “tourist’s journal”, maps of the Schlern area and news on all events happening in the surroundings. Upon request we may provide you with an emergency sewing kit and an iron.

You will be able to enjoy stunning views from the balcony while having breakfast or sipping a glass of fine South Tyrolean wine.
